An SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) is simply a way for our community to invest together. You own a piece of the SPV, and the SPV owns a piece of Swinger. Simple, efficient, and built for companies like ours.
As with most early-stage startups, there's no guaranteed timeline. Our goal is to build a valuable, enduring company, and investor returns would typically come through a future liquidity event, such as an acquisition or IPO.
